Wholeness Promotion Association Members Agreement

A Private Covenant Members Association

I hereby accept the terms of the Wholeness Promotion Association Members Agreement (hereinafter the Association), a private venue, original and exclusive jurisdiction members association available only by invitation and with application approval. With the sealing of this Members Agreement, I accept the offer made to become a Member of the Association.

Mission Statement

Providing an ever-expanding awareness of what it means to be Whole through activities of the mind, body and spirit in aligned communities of every flavor.

The Association exists to facilitate mutual support, mentorship, education, healing, and resource sharing among the Members; to operate as a spiritual, educational, and ministerial body governed by divine law and stewardship-first living; and to function as a private fellowship of Members who freely choose to associate under the principles of God's Kingdom and conduct themselves in accordance with principles of integrity, honor, stewardship, and truth.

Purposes

1. To steward individuals and communities with ever-deepening Wholeness.
2. To maintain and enhance Whole lifestyles through faith, service and healing.
3. To guide others in freedom, righteousness and stewardship.

Agreement

This Association of Members hereby declares that our purpose is to exist as a society living in peace under Nature's law, to provide mutual stewardship to all Members, to protect our Members' rights to free association with each other, and establish freedom of choice relating to the bodies, minds, and spirits of every Member of the Association.

The activities of the Association may include, but are not limited to: discipleship and spiritual education; community-building and property stewardship; health and wellness services; resource sharing, investment, private banking, bartering and enterprise support among Members.

All activity in the Association is voluntary and private, with no public guarantees, and it does not operate under commercial licensing nor statutory constructs; instead it operates under private agreements between its Members, administrators, Directors and in full submission to God.

Members decide what is best for themselves and their self-stewardship path. As a Member of the Association, I acknowledge that I am a sovereign being, 100% responsible for my decisions and resulting reality.

My activities within the Association are private and protected by this Agreement that precludes me from sharing any information regarding the Association or fellow Members with the public or any non-members.

The Wholeness Promotion Association is an auxiliary of a 508(c)(1)(A) non-profit Religious Organization. As such, this Association is under the authority of Church of The Whole Place, which exists for the purpose of Wholeness Promotion and to actively pursue a vision of God's Regenerative Prosperity for the Planet.

Members may exit at any time with written notice, and agree to continue honoring any agreements or exchanges made while a Member of the Association.

Your status as a Member may be revoked at any time. The Association reserves the right to prune dead branches for the productive growth of the Association and its other Members.

I understand all Members voluntarily waive all legal actions and rights to file a statutory complaint against the Association, with the intention that matters be settled by the Members as responsible adults or an independent mediator.

I agree to operate in truth, love, and lawful alignment with this Private Members Agreement.

Thus, I hereby certify, attest and affirm that I, of sound mind, body and soul, have carefully read and understood the plain language of this Members Agreement for Wholeness Promotion Association and voluntarily accept the private terms therein, and hereby intend these terms and this agreement to bind myself, my family, heirs, nominees, agents and assigns in confidentiality for a minimum of 20 years.

I attest that I have freely chosen to change my legal status in this Association from a public person to a private member in the Association.
