1. Agreement to these terms

By using thewholeplace.com, filling in one of our forms, giving a gift, or joining one of our live calls, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are

This site is operated by Church of The Whole Place, a religious organization based in Austin, Texas. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Church of The Whole Place, including the Regenerative Prosperity Trust and the Wholeness Promotion Association described on our home page.

3. Using this site

You are welcome to read, learn from, and share this site. In return, we ask that you use it lawfully and in good faith. Please do not:

  • Submit false information or use someone else's name, email, or card.
  • Try to interfere with the site, its forms, or its security.
  • Collect other people's information from the site or our gatherings.
  • Use the site to send spam or anything harmful.

4. The free guide and Live Forum

The HEART Wholeness Guide and the HEART Wholeness Live Forum are free. The guide is for your own personal use. If it helps you, we would be glad for you to share it by sending a friend to thewholeplace.com/heart-guide.

We may change the time, format, or availability of the Live Forum and our other gatherings. When we do, we will update this site.

5. Gifts

Gifts are voluntary

Every gift to the Church is a free and voluntary gift. You choose the amount and whether it is monthly or one-time. A gift does not purchase goods or services.

Card gifts

Card gifts are processed by Stripe. A single card gift can be up to $999,999.99. For larger gifts, or if you prefer, you can give by wire.

Monthly gifts

If you choose a monthly gift, your card will be charged the same amount each month until you ask us to stop. You can stop a monthly gift at any time by writing to [email protected] or texting +1 512-655-3013. Gifts already made before you ask are not reversed.

Gifts made in error

If you believe a gift was made in error, such as a wrong amount or a duplicate charge, please contact us promptly. We will review it in good faith.

Wire gifts and donated assets

Wire instructions are sent by email when you request them on our Wire Instructions page. Please include your name, phone number, and the purpose of your gift with every wire. Gifts of land, buildings, businesses, and other assets are considered individually. Please text Jay to begin that conversation.

Use of gifts

Gifts support the work of the Church, including the Wholeness Promotion Stewardship Zone and the birthing of new Wholeness Zones. The Church directs the use of every gift according to its mission.

6. The Members Agreement

Participation in the Wholeness Promotion Stewardship Zone is through membership in the Wholeness Promotion Association, which begins when you sign the Members Agreement. Your membership and your access to the Stewardship Zone are governed by that agreement. If these Terms of Use and the Members Agreement ever differ on a matter of membership, the Members Agreement controls.

7. Not professional advice

What we offer is spiritual education, fellowship, and community. Nothing on this site, in the guide, or in our gatherings is medical, mental health, legal, tax, or financial advice, and none of it replaces care from a qualified professional. If you are facing a medical, emotional, legal, or financial need, please seek the help of someone qualified to give it.

We share what we have lived and learned. We do not promise any particular result.

8. Conduct in our gatherings

Our calls are meant to be safe and welcoming. Everyone who joins agrees to:

  • Treat others with dignity and respect.
  • Keep what others share in confidence.
  • Not record, photograph, or share a call without the host's permission.
  • Not use a gathering to sell, recruit, or promote without the host's permission.

We may remove anyone from a gathering, or end their access, if their conduct harms others or the community.

9. Our content

You may view, download, and print them for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, sell, or republish them, or present them as your own, without our written permission.

10. Links to other sites

This site links to other organizations we support and to services such as Zoom. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Resolving disagreements
